What We Do

NeatKit provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDFs, documents, and images. Every operation runs entirely on your device using client-side JavaScript. We never see your files.

Your Files Stay Private

When you use any NeatKit tool, your files are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service. We have no ability to access, read, or store the content of your files. Once you close the tab, all file data is gone.

Information We Collect

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage. It records anonymous page views and custom events together with the URL, referrer, general geographic region, browser, operating system, and device type. The data is not associated with an individual visitor or IP address; a request-derived visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours.

We do not collect any personal data from your file processing. No filenames, file contents, or processing results are ever transmitted.

Cookies and Local Storage

NeatKit does not use cookies. We store your theme preference (light or dark mode) in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

NeatKit does not share file-processing data with third parties. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate usage and web-performance metrics. No filenames, file contents, or processing results are included. We use no advertising networks or social-media tracking pixels.

Children's Privacy

NeatKit does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since all processing is local and we collect no personal data, our service is safe for users of all ages.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
